Key DATA INSIGHTS

Survey respondents by gender (%)

Out of the 229 survey participants, a striking 55% were male, mostly white, and aged 25-34.

What’s even more intriguing? Men showed stronger agreement than women on key aspects: recognizing sunscreen risks, understanding SPF levels, finding the formula skin-friendly, and being eager to snag the product at a sale price. This gender trend unveils exciting opportunities for targeted marketing strategies.

Preferred TYPES of Sunscreen Among Respondents (%)

The survey shows that 62.9% of respondents prefer cream-based sunscreens, which is exactly what Supergoop!’s Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 is.
